Occasionally Guests are faced with the need to sell their Park Model units.  While they will tell you they love living at Sundowner RV Village during the summer months or even all year round, many times their personal lives require them to change their resident status at Sundowner.  Sundowner has agreed to help them sell their units by showing their units for them in their absence. If you are interested in touring our available sites, please contact the Sundowner Office to schedule an appointment.  Pricing and Purchase Negotiations will be handled by the owner (s) exclusively.  Financing may be available for qualified buyers through a division of Truist on www/lightstream.com.
                          
We currently do not have any lightly used Park Models for sale.  Please keep an eye on our website for any future postings.
