Sundowner RV Village is a year round facility that caters to the adult camper. We provide spacious sites for campers up to 42 feet in length and Park Models. The sites offer full hook ups which includes water, septic, 48 channels of cable, WiFi and the majority of the sites are 50 amp. Each site has its own power meter so you pay for only what you use. There is a $75.00 electric deposit required for all Monthly, Seasonal and Park Model contracts. This will be applied to their final months electric bill. We are currently not set up for credit card or on-line payments but will secure your reservations with checks, cash or money orders.

RV Weekly Rate*(one night deposit refundable with one month notice):$ 330.00 ($360 in Oct**)
Class A MH or RV> 40' & Bigger Sites: $ 390.00 ($420 in Oct**)
RV Monthly Rate*(except October) : $ 530.00 + electric
Class A MH or RV>40' & Bigger Sites: $ 650.00 + electric
(Monthly reservations require a $100 deposit refundable with two month notice)

All Cancellations MUST be verified in person or on the phone. E-mail cancellations are not accepted.
No Refunds for early departure after payment is made.
Sundowner RV Village reserves the right to make final assignments of all RV sites
Most sites can accommodate 2 plated vehicles/trailer + the RV or Park Model. Each additional
plated vehicle/trailer will be charged an additional $50/month.

Bi-Annual Payment $3,505 + electric
Quarterly Payment $1,755 + electric
Monthly Payment $ 588 + electric
